How do I access labs through WellConnekt?+
WellConnekt gives you access to labs through our licensed provider network — no clinical licensure required. You submit client lab requests through the platform, and our providers handle the ordering and interpretation. Results flow directly into Optimal DX for Health Improvement Plan development.
What's included in the free trial?+
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to the tier you select — including lab access, supplement access, the dashboard, and the course (on Accelerator tier). A credit card is required to start your trial.
How does the supplement revenue work?+
You get access to wholesale pricing on professional supplement lines. When you recommend products to clients and they purchase through your WellConnekt storefront, you earn the margin between wholesale and retail pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Do I need to be a certified health coach?+
Yes, or within 90 days of receiving your certification. We also accept RNs, NPs, PAs, Registered Dietitians, and functional nutrition practitioners.
What types of labs are available?+
Comprehensive blood chemistry via LabCorp, DUTCH Complete hormone testing, GI Map stool analysis, micronutrients, heavy metals, thyroid panels, and more. If it's relevant to functional health coaching, we have access to it.
What is the 3× ROI guarantee?+

How does the Mentor tier application work?+
