Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Novis Health Holdings, Inc. DBA WellConnekt (“WellConnekt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit wellconnekt.com or interact with our services (the “Services”).
WellConnekt is a United States-based business that markets its Services to United States residents. We do not target users outside the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you apply for a Mentor tier program, sign up for a paid plan, or contact us, we collect:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, business name.
- Professional information: Coaching certifications, years of experience, client count, business goals, and how you heard about us.
- Commercial information: Subscription plan selected, billing history (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store full payment card details).
- Communications: Content of emails, application submissions, and support inquiries you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, time zone.
- Usage information: Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, scroll depth, form interactions, navigation paths, and feature interactions.
- Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters, Google Click Identifiers (gclid), referral sources, and ad campaign identifiers when you arrive from a marketing campaign.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 7 below.
1.3 Sensitive Personal Information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, or information about health, sex life, or sexual orientation. Although the Services discuss health coaching as a profession, we do not collect health information about you or any individuals you coach.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- Process applications, subscriptions, and payments;
- Send transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, service updates);
- Send marketing communications about WellConnekt (you may opt out at any time);
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and improve our website;
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and identify technical issues;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share information with the categories of third parties listed below, some of which may constitute “sharing” or “selling” under certain state privacy laws because the disclosure supports cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sharing — see Section 6.
3.1 Service Providers
We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf:

3.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners
We share usage and device information with the following partners for advertising measurement, attribution, and analytics:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager. policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement (if active). facebook.com/privacy/policy
These partners may combine the information they receive from us with information from other websites and services to provide measurement and to target advertising on their platforms. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
3.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, court order, subpoena, or government request;
- Enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of WellConnekt, our users, or others;
- Investigate fraud, security incidents, or technical issues.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:
- Account and billing records: For the duration of your subscription plus seven years thereafter for tax and accounting purposes.
- Application submissions: Two years from submission.
- Analytics and session recordings: Thirty days for session recordings; up to fourteen months for aggregated analytics.
- Marketing email lists: Until you unsubscribe.
We may retain information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent fraud.
5. Your Choices
5.1 Marketing Email
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing message. Transactional emails (billing, account notices, service updates) will continue to be sent as necessary to operate your account.
5.2 Cookies and Tracking
You can manage cookie and tracking preferences using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, through your browser settings, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (see Section 6.4 below). Disabling certain cookies may degrade site functionality.

6. State Privacy Rights
6.1 California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties we share it with;
- Right to access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable as we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law);
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, device identifiers);
- Commercial information (subscription and transaction records);
- Internet or network activity information (browsing history on our site, interactions with the Services);
- Professional or employment-related information (coaching certifications, business details);
- Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting preferences and behavior.
Categories shared for cross-context behavioral advertising: Identifiers and internet or network activity information shared with Google and Meta as described in Section 3.2.
Categories sold for monetary consideration: None.
6.2 Other State Residents
If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington, you have rights under your state's privacy law that are substantially similar to the California rights described above. You may exercise these rights using the methods described in Section 6.3.

We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. We may need to verify your identity by asking you to confirm information already in our records. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission and verification of identity.
If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal that decision by replying to our response and writing “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within 60 days.
6.4 Global Privacy Control
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, without requiring further action from you.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for basic site functionality. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics, PostHog).
- Advertising cookies: Used to measure ad effectiveness and to share information with advertising partners (Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and improve your experience (UTM and attribution storage).
You can manage non-essential cookies through the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer or through your browser settings.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, contact us at info@wellconnekt.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access controls, and vendor security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
